| Since NTPS has a real website now, I don't have to treat this thing like one and I can relax a little and make this sound more like a real blog.
First off, meeting was awesome last night. New people, new faces, new places to investigate, and a lot of promise for this lil' organization. I'm way excited.
In other news, another paranormal organization in the area (I won't name names) seems to be hell bent and talking trash towards "other organizations in the area" (okay, its obvious who they're referring to) and putting all their faults on us. Now while I agree that a little friendly competition between paranormal societies is perfectly natural, a little comradery is, too. I have my issues with this other group, but I've always been civil about it. Well, not anymore. The gloves are coming off. Or something menacing-sounding.
After reading through their message board posts I realized what the issue was. Their group believes in ghosts and uses their "knowledge" about these ghosts to investigate for them. Our group believes in the truth and wants to find out what that is, so we investigate places that have a history of unusual activity and we try and find out why. We don't have the preconceived notion that there definitely is something out there and we just have to find it. We don't know what is out there and we're objectively trying to find out.
NTPS: 1, Other Organization: 0
We win.
Okay, I'm done complaining. I tried to set up a message board for the NTPS website but it didn't quite work out. Oh well. No one uses those things anyway. I just like having stuff. Yeah.
Alright, I'm done ranting.
Remember, anyone interested in NTPS can still sign up. We allow new members to join 24/7/365 and its totally free. Go to the website for an application.

| The first NTPS UNT meeting went off without a hitch. We had an awesome turn-out, especially considering that we didn't expect anyone to show up.
Anyone who is interested please check out our website for more info.
